Details

This top-of-the-line invertebrate food is made from vegetable matter and spirulina algae.  It consists of over 35% protein and is the very same invertebrate food that we feed to all of our shrimp, snails, and crayfish.  It is formulated to provide optimum nutrition for the faster growth and breeding of invertebrates, and it is fortified with calcium for healthy exoskeleton growth.  This "general purpose" invertebrate food can be given to shrimp, snails, and crayfish, although it should be supplemented with other foods since it is not nutritionally complete for all species.

This is enough food to feed up to 10 to 15 shrimp, 1 or 2 crayfish, or 10 to 15 snails for 6 months or longer.

Ingredients:

Dehulled Soybean meal, corn gluten meal, wheat flour , dehydrated alfalfa meal, fish oil, grain distillers dried yeast, spirulina, soy lecithin, shrimp meal, monosodium phosphate, krill meal, calcium propionate (preservative), choline chloride, vitamin A acetate, vitamin D3 supplement, DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E supplement), vitamin B12 supplement, riboflavin, niacin, calcium pantothenate, menadione sodium, bisulfate complex (source of of vitamin K activity), folic acid, thiamine, mononitrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, biotin, manganese sulfate, zinc sulfate, copper sulfate, ethylenediamine dihydriodide, L-ascorbyl-2-polyphosphate (source of vitamin C) . Contains TRACE AMOUNTS of copper sulfate because copper sulfate is VITAL for blood cell production in invertebrates and will NOT harm your inverts. Used by Aquatic Arts in our own holding tanks and thousands of customers for over 5 years.

FEEDING SUGGESTIONS:
  • Feed one pellet per 5 shrimp every other day.
  • For crayfish, feed one pellet per crayfish every other day.
  • For snails, feed one pellet per 5 snails every other day, or less if pellets remain uneaten.
  • Remember: DO NOT feed more until the food from last time is gone, and remove uneaten food if you see any after 6 hours.
