The Epipremnum aureum ‘Marble Queen’ Node Cutting, also known as Marble Queen Pothos, is a stunning variegated plant with creamy-white and green marbled leaves. This variety of Pothos is highly sought after for its low-maintenance care, air-purifying qualities, and ability to thrive in multiple environments.
While not a fully aquatic plant, Epipremnum aureum can grow with its node submerged in water while the leaves remain above the surface, making it a great choice for paludariums, ripariums, and natural filtration setups. It also thrives as a trailing or climbing houseplant, bringing a touch of elegance to any space.
Features We Love:
- Stunning Variegation: Beautiful creamy-white and green marbled foliage.
- Natural Nitrate Absorber: Helps improve water quality when grown with roots submerged.
- Versatile & Easy to Grow: Thrives in aquariums (emersed growth), paludariums, terrariums, or as a houseplant.
- Hardy & Fast-Growing: Adapts well to a variety of conditions and requires minimal maintenance.
Care Guidelines:
- Light: Moderate to bright indirect light; lower light slows variegation.
- Temperature: 65° - 85° F (18° - 29° C).
- pH Range: 6.0 - 7.5.
- Growth Rate: Fast with proper care.
- Ideal Placement: Emersed in aquariums with the node fully submerged, or grown in a terrarium, paludarium, or as a potted houseplant.
Pro Tips:
- Encouraging Emersed Growth: Keep the node submerged while allowing the leaves to remain above the waterline.
- Rooting Success: Place in clean water with good circulation before transferring to soil for best results.
- Provide Climbing Support: Use a moss pole or trellis to encourage vertical growth.
- Boost Humidity: If growing in a terrarium, maintain humidity above 60% for lush foliage.
- Prune to Shape: Trim regularly to encourage fuller growth and more propagation opportunities.

Shipping Schedule for this service
Current Handling Time:
1-9 business days
Here at Aquatic Arts, we consider the welfare of the live animals we are shipping to be of the foremost importance. This process is much more involved than simply creating a shipping label and affixing it to a box. Depending on the order, it takes from 4 to 7 people to complete this process properly. We check the weather conditions here where they fly out of the Indianapolis UPS facility and the destination for each shipment. We start early each morning and go through a multi-step process to have the day's shipments prepared in time for the UPS pickup. The volume of orders in our system also affects the processing time. Therefore our stated handling time is 1-9 business days.
Shipping Rate
Pricing is by size of package needed to fill entire order and distance it must travel. It will be calculated at checkout.
