The Dragon Scale Longfin Betta is a striking variety of Betta splendens known for its thick, armor-like iridescent scales and elegant, flowing fins. These tank-bred specimens display extraordinary coloration with a metallic sheen that can include hues of silver, copper, gold, or turquoise over a darker base body. This variety is both bold in color and in personality, making it a truly eye-catching centerpiece for nano and desktop aquariums.

Important Note: Bettas are highly territorial. Male Dragon Super Delta Tails should never be housed with other male bettas, or with female bettas, as this can lead to aggressive fighting. Females may be kept in a sorority (female-only group), but only with proper care, space, and observation.

• Compatible With: Peaceful nano species like snails and shrimp (with caution), or fish that do not resemble bettas or nip fins.

• Avoid: Fin nippers, aggressive tankmates, or other bettas.

Not Shrimp Safe:

Can be kept with adult shrimp in well-planted tanks, but smaller shrimp or fry may be at risk.

• pH: 6.5 – 7.5

• KH: 2 - 8
