Relocation Details

We could not in our wildest dreams fathom the sales outcome from our moving sale and we want to personally thank every customer whom placed an order with us. We would not be here today with out your support.

As you know we are preparing to move to our new bigger and better than ever location the week of July 16th and just wanted to give a big thanks to all of our customers. Your patience is very much appreciated and we are working as hard as possible to ship out as many orders as we can before the move.

However, due to the tremendous volume this may not be possible. While we will not be able to ship the week of the 16th due to the move, we WILL ensure that all remaining orders are treated with the highest priority, the sale prices will still be honored, and will ship out as soon as possible after the move. We are expecting to be done and have our animals and plants ready to ship the week of the 23rd as long as everything continues to go according to plan. If we have to push it back another week we will let all of you know via updates on the site and our newsletter.

Of course if this does not work for you you may always ask for a full refund and we will gladly honor that for you. If you have any questions or concerns at all please send us an email at: info@aquaticarts.com and our customer service team will get back with you as soon as possible. Email support may be a little slower than normal during the move but we will get back with you!

You probably noticed that all livestock and plants on our website are currently listed as "Sold Out." However, we will be restocking the vast majority of them soon. Want to be the 1st to get it when it's back? The process is EASY!

1) Click on the item you want.

2) Click on the "EMAIL ME WHEN AVAILABLE" tab on the item page.

3) Choose the variant/quantity you would like and enter your email address and once again click "Email me when available."

You will receive a one-time email (and no spam or other emails) when the item is back in stock. This will give you the earliest possible notification of an item's availability!
