Aquatic Arts Aquarium Newsletter

Issue #1 - July 10, 2016

Welcome!

Greetings, and welcome to the debut edition of the Aquatic Arts newsletter!

We greatly appreciate all of our customers’ enthusiasm for what we offer and we would like to thank everyone who has requested and subscribed to this newsletter in advance.  Our current plan is to send out a fresh newsletter about twice a month.  This newsletter will include articles that outline Aquatic Arts news, promotions, and products.  We will also be including useful articles dealing with aquarium care and maintenance.
We are gladly accepting your requests for future newsletter topics and articles.  Please send such requests to info@AquaticArts.com and please tell your friends about our newsletter and website, AquaticArts.com!
Aquatic Arts specializes in animals and plants for the freshwater nano and planted aquarium.  We are very dedicated to the aquarium hobby and wish to make the joy of aquarium keeping possible to anyone, both through our sales and our prompt, top-notch customer service before and after the sale.

Many of the animals that we carry are very social, communal species.  Most of those animals also thrive in planted aquaria.  As a result, we offer very competitive prices and discounts for customers to buy schools of fish, colonies of shrimp, and assorted packages of live plants.  Not only do these discounts provide lower prices to customers, but they also help ensure more natural, optimal conditions for the aquarium animals, which of course will result in a more interesting aquarium for the hobbyist!
New Additions!
Anyone who frequents our AquaticArts.com website can see that we have been adding several exciting, new items over the past few months.  We will be profiling some of those items over the next several issues of our newsletter.
In this issue, we would like to introduce the extremely rare Freshwater Pom Pom Crab and the Peacock Gudgeon.  Both of these animals are peaceful candidates for almost any community aquarium.
Freshwater Pom Pom Crab, Ptychognathus sp.

Overview:

We are extremely proud and excited to be likely the only North American retailer to offer the Freshwater Pom Pom Crab (Ptychognathus sp), a true gem and consummate nano aquarium specimen! This extremely rare freshwater crab has proven to be a very endearing, interesting, and durable candidate for the freshwater community aquarium.  Very little information is available for this crab, but we have done extensive research to determine proper husbandry for this crab in our in-house facility.

For full details about our Pom Pom Crabs (including a full description, new photos, care guides, and more), please click here.

Peacock Gudgeon, Tank-Raised, Tateurndina ocellicauda

Overview:

The Peacock Gudgeon (Tateurndina ocellicauda) is an extremely beautiful fish that makes an excellent addition to the nano or planted aquarium.  A member of the goby family, this fish is a fully freshwater oddball that will not only thrive, but will often spawn in the home aquarium.

Until Next Time...

We will have another Aquatic Arts Newsletter for you in the next couple of weeks!  In addition to a couple of new species profiles for some of our newer offerings, we will also have an article and species profile on land hermit crabs. Thanks again for shopping, subscribing and reading… See you next time!
